Perfect place, well-appointed room, very friendly staff. Units with comfy beds. Central location very close to the metro, extraordinary breakfast. Based adjacent to nearby excellent restaurant, stadium, and Chamartin rail station.  

I had the family room which was well-maintained with comfy beds. The location was marvellous in a very local area, near a supermarket and nice places to eat, the main tourist attractions and the center. Also, Santiago Bernabeu Stadium was 2 km away... 

Thanks very much for a really really nice stay, truly enjoyed it. We came to Madrid for one night, everything was wonderful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was neat and nicely furnished

Direct metro links to the airport and city center, a beautiful courtyard, and a sauna and Turkish bath to sweat out my stress. Yay! 🚆🏛️💦

The exposed corridors made me feel like I was on display, just what every posh lady wants. 🚶‍♀️👀😒

The hotel is perfectly located very close to the Underground Station, next to big shopping centre (an advantage for those who are not willing to use minibar or hotel bar only). Moder facade, stylish interior in a very Spanish style, 

it is very close to a subway station, that's good. good location; hotel has private parking. the venue was conveniently located.

I had an extraordinary and great breakfast with good quality, the food was savoury. Btw, the airport was 25 km away.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and close to a shopping center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel comfortable and well taken 

the decor was excellant and the service very good.

This hotel is conveniently located near several subway stations. There's a massive shopping mall right next door, and a metro station just across the street. Rooms are spacious and clean with good bathroom facilities. Staff

As with many Spanish hotels, lighting was a bit gloomy

As our Spanish is not good the staff was extermely helpful in making several phone calls to a car rental and taxi comany. The room was very well insulated from street noise and the location was ideal with metro station directly 

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good range of offerings. The rooms were comfortable and soundproof. The location was convenient for the train station and airport.
